The Challenge

Malibu Dentistry came to us in November 2024 with an outdated website and minimal organic search presence whatsoever. They were almost invisible online. In just a few months after launching their new website with Dentist Nerds, they went from zero to over 1,500 new visitors per month — people actively searching for a dentist in their local area.

The practice was potentially losing patients to competitors who had stronger online visibility. The website existed, but it wasn't working to generate new cases.

The Process

We took a comprehensive, multi-layered approach to grow Malibu Dentistry's online visibility and generate new patient inquiries from organic search.

5. Link Building to Strengthen Domain Authority

Google ranks websites it trusts. Trust is built, in part, by how many credible websites reference yours. We:

  • Earned placements on reputable dental and health publications
  • Built citations on trusted local and national directories
  • Secured relevant backlinks that strengthened the site's authority over time
  • Focused on quality — every link earned was relevant and clean

This gave Malibu Dentistry the credibility needed to compete and rank against more established local competitors.
