Westgrove Dental Care

Two channels, one growth engine. Meta Ads to bring in new patients now, and SEO to keep them coming. Here's exactly how.

The Challenge

Westgrove Dental Care had a beautiful practice and a flawless 5.0★ reputation across hundreds of reviews. But outside of branded searches, too few local patients could find them. The website ranked for only a modest set of keywords, the Google Business Profile was under-leveraged, and no paid channel was actively putting the practice in front of nearby patients.

In a competitive Garden Grove market, not showing up at the top means losing patients to the practice down the street, every single day.

The Process

We focused on one goal: making Westgrove Dental Care the first practice locals find, and the easiest one to choose. The plan ran on two tracks at once, paid and organic.

1. Locally-Targeted Meta Ads

We built a campaign focused on Garden Grove, across Facebook & Instagram, putting Westgrove's services in front of high-intent local audiences:

  • Tight geographic targeting around the Garden Grove service area
  • Creative built around the practice's real strengths and offers
  • Continuous testing of audiences, placements, and messaging

This gave the practice an immediate, controllable source of new-patient demand.

2. Conversion-First Scaling

We started lean to learn what worked, then scaled budget into the winners:

  • Shifted from early lead-gen testing to a conversion-optimized objective
  • Reallocated spend toward the best-performing audiences and creative
  • Kept clicks cost-efficient as daily delivery climbed

New-patient leads grew from 12 in the first month to 20 in the second.

3. Service-Page & Keyword SEO

Most dental sites use clinical language, but patients don't search that way. We aligned the site with how Garden Grove patients actually search:

  • Optimized core service pages around real local search terms
  • Published consistent blog content to broaden topical authority
  • Tracked positions monthly across Semrush, GA4, and Local Falcon

The practice now shows up on Google for far more of the searches patients use, and ranks higher for them.

Organic keyword positions grew across every tier in the period:

4. Google Business Profile & Authority

The Google Business Profile is the single most important asset for a local dental practice. We kept it sharp and growing:

  • Maintained accurate info, services, photos, and regular posts
  • Answered new reviews consistently to protect the 5.0★ rating
  • Built links steadily to grow domain authority and map presence

Today, Westgrove Dental Care ranks #1 on Google Maps in Garden Grove for its core local searches.
